Director Statement

Love is Blind was inspired by a real moment in my life when I mistook a routine fire alarm test for an actual emergency. In those few minutes, everything felt urgent and irreversible. I reacted instinctively—without clarity, without confirmation—driven entirely by fear.

This experience became the emotional starting point of the film. I began to think about how similar mechanisms operate in intimate relationships. We often respond to what we think is happening rather than what is actually true. Silence becomes neglect. Distraction becomes indifference. A delay becomes abandonment. In love, uncertainty can feel like danger.

This film is less about an emergency and more about perception. It asks how often we create emotional crises from incomplete information, and how vulnerability can distort what is otherwise steady and sincere love.
