The relationship between personal choice and fate is a question I have long been drawn to, and it is the reason I want to make this film. Does fate truly exist? Is it fixed, or can our choices change its course—or are we, like in the story of Oedipus Rex, always led back to the same fate? What interests me is the struggle against fate, and the search for truth beneath layers of illusion. As an ordinary filmmaker, I cannot provide clear answers, but through Yeva’s story I can explore, question, and create.
